working day.

• Standard delivery timelines range between 3–7 business days, depending on
your location.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather
conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
BF Professionals is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control. ⸻
3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping offers may apply during promotional periods or above a specified

4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp,
or email.
• Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly to avoid missed
deliveries.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on select pin codes, subject to courier partner serviceability.
• BF Professionals reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain

Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, and perfumery products, we follow strict hygiene and

6. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing items in the order
To be eligible:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
• Used or opened products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Fragrances, skincare, or haircare products once opened
• Orders placed under clearance, sale, or promotional offers (unless damaged or

8. Return Request Process
To request a return:

2. Share order ID, reason for return, and supporting images/videos
3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Once approved, return instructions will be shared. ⸻
9. Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned
product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side. ⸻
10. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be issued at our
discretion.
